Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of quotechaserrevenue.com and any estimate, message or booking you receive from Your Resource Consultants through it. By requesting an estimate or accepting one, you agree to them.

An estimate is an offer to perform described work at a stated price, valid until the expiry date shown on it. Accepting an estimate through the link we send creates a binding agreement for that scope at that price.

Every acceptance is recorded with the name typed as signature, the exact version accepted, the time, and the device it came from. You can request a copy of that record at any time.

Pricing holds only until the stated expiry. Work outside the described scope is not included and will be quoted separately.

Where a deposit is requested, it is taken through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details. A deposit is applied against the final invoice and is refundable only as stated on the estimate or as required by law.

Times booked through the estimate link are held for you. If you need to change or cancel, call us — the number is on every message and at the foot of this page.

Do not use this service to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, delayed messages, or delivery failures outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website and its messaging is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and the courts of Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
