Your Resource Consultants (“we”, “us”) operates Quote Chaser Revenue at quotechaserrevenue.com. This policy explains what we collect from customers who request a price estimate, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request an estimate we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, mobile or landline number, service address, and the details of the work you asked us to price.

When you open an estimate we sent, we record that it was opened and which sections were read, so we know whether to follow up. We do not use tracking pixels to build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.

When you give permission to be contacted, we record the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser the agreement came from. This is kept as evidence of your consent.

You can text our customer care line at 1-301-973-6277. You start the conversation by texting that number; we never text you first. We use your number only to reply to you about the question or appointment you raise with us in that conversation. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or any other personal information. We do not send your number to data brokers, lead generators, or advertising networks.

To prepare and send your estimate, to follow up on it, to schedule a call or site visit you book, to take a deposit if you choose to pay one, and to keep records we are legally required to keep.

We do not use your information to train advertising models or to profile you for purposes unrelated to the work you asked us to quote.

Only with service providers who help us deliver the service, and only with what they need: our email delivery provider, our payment processor, and our hosting provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We may disclose information where the law requires it. As stated above, mobile numbers and consent records are never included in any sharing for marketing purposes.

Estimates and the messages about them are kept for as long as we may need them for tax, warranty or dispute purposes. Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least four years, because we may need to produce them to demonstrate we had permission to contact you.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to noreply@quotechaserrevenue.com or call 1-301-973-6277 and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your information does not remove suppression records: if you have opted out of messages we keep the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again by mistake.

Two cookies, both first-party. One keeps you signed in. The other records a short label naming the advertisement you arrived from, so we can tell which of our own advertisements works — for example linkedin-launch. It is set only when a link carries such a label, it keeps the first one and ignores later ones, and it expires after 60 days.

That label is not an identifier and is not combined with anything else. We do not use advertising networks, analytics services, tracking pixels or third-party cookies on this site, so nothing about your visit is sent to another company to profile you. Blocking cookies costs you the sign-in, not the site.

This service is for businesses and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we contact you will be notified directly.
